The Ostrich in love

On Sunday the Ostrich saw a young lady walking in the park. He fell in love with her at once. He followed behind her at a distance, putting his feet in the very places where she had stepped.
On Monday the Ostrich gathered violets as a gift to his beloved. He was too shy to give them to her. He left then at her door and ran away, but there was much joy in his heart.
On tuesday the Ostrich composed a song for his beloved. He sang it over and over. He thought it was the most beatiful music he had ever heard.
On Wednesday the Ostrich watched his beloved dining in a restaurant. He forgot to order supper for himself. He was too happy to be hungry.
On Thursday the Ostrich wrote a poem to his beloved. It was the first poem he had ever written, but he did not have the courage to read it to her.
On Friday the Ostrich bought a new suit of clothes. He fluffed his feathers, feeling fine and handsome. He hoped his beloved might notice.
On Saturday the Ostrich dreamed that he was waltzing with his beloved in a great ballroom. He held her tightly as they whirled around and around to the music. He awoke feeling wonderfully alive.
On Sunday the Ostrich returned to the park. When he saw the young lady walking there, his heart fluttered wildly, but he said to himself, "Alas, it seems that I am much too shy for love. Perhaps another time will come. Yet, surely, this has been a week well spent."

So yeah, that's how I'm feeling at the moment after going through some kind of breakdown the other day (I'm lucky my brain censors worked this time or you would have gotten a long emo-ish journal and not a nice little fable ) but I'm over it now after I understood some things which I will not write about here...
Mostly because it's very hard to explain and even if I did have the words, it's more of a real life thing.

On to happier things!
Had the first proper magen of the year in English today... my class surprised the teacher with what was probably the fasts magen in history after the listening more then half the class gave in the test, that means we finished in it around 20-30 minutes! And my bus was late so I probably finished it in even less time
Also there's a 90% chance I'll be at free comic book day (Getting free comics FTW) and I'll probably drag along some friends if they aren't to busy studying (Something I should be doing more... especially in math).

And so ends a week full of win (And slight fails, but hopefully I'll get over those once I'm back in school).

Well, for now it's that I haven't been pulling my hair for two weeks.

I never thought they'd make a movie out of this book! Now to try and get them to turn some of my other favorite childhood books into movies...

Any-ways I think my mum doesn't know me so well... yesterday on the way home from school we stopped at one of my favorite bookstores and she said I could choose one book... it's a real pity she didn't give me any rules about how much it should cost so for passover I'm getting a book of discworld fables which I've wanted for agggggges but it was to expensive for me... that and I got "Nanny Oggs cookbook" which is really funny (Strawberry Wobbler anyone? ).

Now I'm going to go into town with my family for ice-cream NOMNOMNOM.
(Oh yeah, I've mostly written this to taunt Elad for the horrible joke he played on every-one for April fools... am I the only one that really fell for it? ah well, at least I get to throw a cat on him soon )

About the meeting over passover,
The party will be on the 13th, and I think the best way to get there is by train for most people, so when you get on the train just call me and I'll meet you all there I'll send my number by note (I had to look at my mums phone to find it... why do people expect you to remember your own number? I have a aweful memory for phone numbers and I never call myself, so I never remember it ) and as I said before, it would help a lot if everyone could dring some-thing with that's kosher for pesach ^_^ that's all I guess.

Okay, sorry to be bothering every-one but I'm changing the day of the pesach party too the 13th so that hopefully Tomi will be able to come over as well the rest is the same... so please tell me what time you'll probably be able to come over so I can meet you guys at the train station, it will probably be easier, or there are some buses from Tel-Aviv to right outside my house

Any-ways I'm really sorry for ranting all over your journal Taly... I'm just having a horrible couple of days so I'll rant about them here instead... and I really mean it when I say people can hit me on the head for being stupid, my brain censores just aren't working lately and they are letting me just say things (Or type in this case) without thinking >_< I need to download a new brain.

WARNING angsty teenager rant ahead
Okay, so today I had a extreamly useless day, I was woken up at 5:30 by a sick little sister, and basicly I had only one hour of actual learning at school today which I could have done by myself at home, and had to waste 20 shekels getting home early by bus.
But on the brighter side, no trichotillomania today... bad side is I'm going to a special doctor tomorrow to see what I can do about it, and I think I'm going to have to start taking medication against it... there goes all the work and suffering I went through in middle FAILschool to convince myself that having mental problems does not make me crazy. And being nearly the only semi-religious person in my class, plus just the oddball out of them all made it the worst years in my life so far... and why I try to always stay cheerful, I know that if I start getting all serious again like I did then I'm probably going to start getting depressed again and all that stuff... last time I was depressed I nearly commited suicide, and the only reason I didn't is because I was scared.
So yeah, at that time my life was a huge and epic fail and I really don't want to be like that again, the psycholigist I got sent to was rubbish, and she made me feel like I was crazy. I even went to be hypnotized to try and get rid of my trichotillomania but it didn't work, and I was too ashamedd of my parents wasting so much money on it that I lied to them until around half a year ago that I was over it, even thought I know that with two grandparents who are hairdressers I couldn't keep it hidden forever that I was still pulling out my hair, and now I'm just hoping I'll be able to get them to trust me again, I know I can't even trust myself properly now because of it.
But still I AM NOT going to let myself ruin my life like I did then! And don't care if I sound like Pollyanne or Anne of Greengables for saying this, But I am going to be cheerful and happy, and not get all depressed again.
So I'm sorry that you had to read through all of my rant, and I hope I don't sound like some dramatic-teenager by writing this, but you guys have really helped me over the year I've been on DA by making me laugh when I was sad, and helping me get back my confidence... so sorry if I make stupid comments some-times without thinking, and that I can be a stupid little fangirl about things... but I'm sure I'll grow out of most of it as time goes by.
